Jean-François Ducharme, Ph.D., is a psychologist and workplace consultant. He has worked for Canadian and American consulting firms and previously served as a clinical psychologist in various settings early in his career. He helps organizations develop their talent and coaches leaders to identify their strengths, improve their skills, and succeed in high-pressure workplaces. He has published three books with Éditions Québecor (now Les Éditions Québec-Livres): «Mieux diriger sans se fatiguer» (2009), «Gérer la pression au travail – des repères pour le gestionnaire ambitieux» (2011) and «Gagner sa vie sans la perdre : découvrir la fonction de l’argent dans son travail et ses choix de carrière» (2013).

Christine Guay, M.Ps. Psychologist

Christine is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (since 1997) and a skills development coach. She has been working in organizational psychology for over 25 years. She provides services such as competency assessments, climate analysis, management coaching, team facilitation, tailored workshops on mental health at work, relational difficulties, and HR management advisory support. Through her humanistic approach, passion for her profession, and deep understanding of change dynamics in individuals, Christine has made a significant mark within various organizations and companies in regions including Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Chibougamau, Côte-Nord, and Centre-du-Québec.
